Ellen Sims, LMP
Advisory to the Board
Ellen received a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus in Ecology from The University of North Carolina-Asheville. She went on to receive complementary and alternative health care training from Bastyr University School of Naturopathic Medicine, Bellevue Massage School, and the New England School of Homeopathy. She continues to study shamanic medicine, indigenous ceremony, and spiritual leadership/mentoring with Char Sundust at Sundust Oracle Institute.
Her dedication to helping others, love for life, and openness to Spirit, creates a safe and loving space for healing. The blend of medical knowledge, life experiences and intuition make for a unique and truly holistic approach to hands-on healing.
Ellen has spoken and taught workshops to organizations such as Spiritual Directors International, The WA Chapter of the American Herbalist Guild, and Street Yoga Seattle. She taught a wellness program for three years at the University of Washington Law School and was the Executive Director for a Seattle-based non-profit, Integrative Care Outreach, where she currently resides as a board member/advisor and served on the grant committee for the WA Women’s Foundation.
